Shipping Policy — CharBuster™ 


Thank you for shopping with CharBuster™. Below you'll find everything you need to know about how we process and ship your order.


Where We Ship

We currently ship to all addresses within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.

We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or international addresses at this time.


Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.


Shipping Method & Delivery Times

CharBuster™ ships all orders via CJPacket Super Pure Electricity — a dedicated shipping line optimized for electronic products containing lithium batteries.

United States (48 contiguous states) 7–14 business days
Alaska & Hawaii 10–18 business days

Total estimated time from order to delivery: 8–17 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Occasional delays may occur due to high shipping volume, customs processing, or events outside our control.


Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email within 24–48 hours. You can use this number to track your package in real time at 17track.net or via the carrier's website.

If you have not received a tracking number within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at supportchurbuster@gmail.com


Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping on all orders to the United States. No minimum order required.


Customs & Import Duties

CharBuster™ ships from China. Your order may be subject to customs inspection upon arrival in the United States. However, most shipments to US addresses clear customs without issue or additional charges.

CharBuster™ is not responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes that may be applied by your country's customs authority. These charges, if any, are the responsibility of the recipient.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package has not arrived within 20 business days of the estimated delivery date, please contact us at supportchurbuster@gmail.com and we will investigate the issue with the carrier.

In cases where a package is confirmed lost by the carrier, CharBuster™ will either reship your order or issue a full refund at your discretion.


Wrong Address

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order. CharBuster™ is not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us at supportchurbuster@gmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order. We will do our best to make corrections before dispatch, but we cannot guarantee changes once an order has been processed.
